Policy REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, payment type, work already performed, third-party charges, and the applicable order terms. Government, carrier, identity-verification, and other third-party charges may be nonrefundable once incurred.
Appointment deposits are nonrefundable, including same-day appointment deposits, except where ApostilleFlow approves an exception in its discretion or applicable law requires otherwise.
Send refund questions to support@apostilleflow.com with the order number. A refund, when approved, is returned through the original payment method and may take additional processing time.
