ApostilleFlow & Mobile Notary LLC is a private service provider. ApostilleFlow is not a government agency, does not issue apostilles, and does not provide legal advice. We facilitate document preparation, submission, appointment, and delivery steps described in an order. Government and third-party decisions remain outside our control. By using the website, portal, or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.
You must provide truthful, complete information; review addresses and document details; supply originals or certified documents when required; and keep your account credentials secure. You remain responsible for uploaded-document accuracy and for obtaining permission to share documents.
Services may include document preparation support, apostille facilitation, notary appointments, printing, shipping, identity verification, and status communication. Government fees, carrier fees, taxes, and other third-party charges may be separate and may change.
Processing times are estimates. Apostille, agency, embassy, carrier, and government approval or acceptance is never guaranteed. We may request additional information or decline work that cannot be completed safely or lawfully.
Your order is also governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling, Shipping & Delivery, Privacy, Identity Verification, and Government Processing policies. Questions may be sent to support@apostilleflow.com.
